If you would like to have an item placed on the agenda for an upcoming meeting, please notify Casey at City Hall no later than the Thursday prior to the meeting.  If you would like materials included in the Council's meeting packets, please submit all materials no later than Midnight on the Thursday prior to the meeting.  Any submissions of materials after the deadline will not be included. 

In the event you miss the deadline to be placed on the agenda, you can still request to be put on the agenda at the beginning of the City Council meeting.  If you have materials you need to provide to council members for a meeting, please provide them and disperse them to the Council.
