Applied Digital has excess clean topsoil and has partnered with the City of Harwood to make it available at no cost for community use.

Access & Restrictions
« Hwy 81 access ramp limited to 26,000 Ibs combined vehicle weight
« Single axle trucks and pickups with dump trailers only
= Use Hwy 81 approach only
« Topsoil is available first come, first served starting April 18th, 2026, weather permitting, while supplies last.
« Bring your own equipment — you are responsibie for loading and hauling.
» Residents and authorized contractors can use equipment to load.
« Load only when the area is dry to prevent material from being brought onto the roadway.
