Community Notification

Law Enforcement is responsible for community notifications when an Offender moves into a community and there is a need for public safety. The Cass County Sheriff's Office uses a variety of tools to notify communities based on risk level or need for public safety.

Notification tools may include social media (Facebook/ Next Door), Newspaper, Posters, TV News (High Risk Residence Only), and Communtiy Meetings (High Risk Residence Only). Law Enforcement, Schools, Victims and Your City Leaders will be notified every time.
